Adult Support
As a certified special needs life quality coach, I bring with me over 35 years of experience working closely with individuals of all ages, and with a variety of disabilities, and their families and other support networks. Each coaching partnership is unique and requires tailored strategies based specifically around your individual needs and requirements. I can work with you while also including your family, and/or other important individuals or support networks that are a part of your life. I can also assist individuals and families to better understand, prepare for and navigate systems.
My approach is based on the competency model which means that our focus is on what you CAN and WANT to do and so that any goals, plans or strategies that are then developed are based on those positive strengths.
The duration and focus of my services are variable. You may just need information on a specific topic, or perhaps assistance with a focused project or perhaps longer term assistance in conjunction with existing support systems already in place. My approach is flexible and I am able to focus on the situation entirely from the perspective of yourself and your family or support network. What this means is that I work with you for your ultimate benefit only.
