I specialise in assisting individuals with special needs and work closely with each individual, their families and support networks to offer a service that is based on a non-judgmental consideration of all aspects of your life. I will work with you to identify your needs, wants and priorities and then assist you to create a plan to achieve your goals and aspirations.
About me
My qualifications are in Speech Pathology and Education and I am also a certified special needs quality life coach with skills in a range of areas including home and centre based services, parent advocacy, support and training, staff training, curriculum development and family focused research. Currently I run a part time private practice offering a range of services including;
- Assistance becoming an NDIS participant by completing the Access Request process;
- Pre NDIS Planning Meeting preparation and support;
- Life coaching for adults with disabilities; and
- Parent education and support.
My passion for working in this field was further strengthened when my own two beautiful twin daughters were diagnosed with autism in 1998. Parenting my girls has greatly enriched my professional knowledge and contributed to my ability to provide a service that includes a holistic, non-judgmental and experiential point of view.
